Our Work

Recent Roofing Projects

Real jobs from around Mobile and Baldwin County. Every project shown here is one we actually completed — no stock photos, no borrowed work.

Roof Replacement – Mobile, AL (36608)

A full roof replacement on a single-story home in Mobile (36608). We tore the old roof off down to the rafters and installed new roof decking with every seam taped. Then we dried the whole roof in with synthetic underlayment and new drip edge.

We finished with new architectural shingles and a ridge vent along the peak. Tap any photo to view it larger.

Commercial Interior Demolition – Mobile, AL

Interior demolition of a large retail store in Mobile (36608) to make way for a new buildout. We removed the store fixtures, counters, shelving and wall displays. Then we used a skid steer to pull up the flooring across the whole sales floor, stripped it down to the concrete and hauled off the debris.

The new tenant’s builders got a clean, open space, ready for construction. Tap any photo to view it larger.

Full Roof Replacement – Mobile, AL

Another full roof replacement in Mobile (36608), with a steep shingle roof, a dormer and a low-slope section. Once we tore off the old roof, we found rotted decking around a roof vent and in several other sections. In some spots it was soft down to the rafters. We cut out every bad section and installed new decking, then laid synthetic underlayment over the whole roof.

We finished with new architectural shingles on the steep sections and a new low-slope roof around the exhaust vent. We photographed every step from tear-off to the finished roof. Tap any photo to view it larger.

Commercial Skylight Replacement – Mobile, AL (2007)

A large commercial skylight replacement at an industrial facility in Mobile (36615), completed in 2007. Our crew worked on this job as the roofing subcontractor. The building had long rows of aging skylights. Our crew removed the old panels, prepared the framing and openings, and installed new skylight panels with new flashing — run after run along the roof.

Skylight work on a commercial building takes careful planning and safe work at height. Tap any photo to view it larger.

Commercial Roof Coating – Mobile, AL

A commercial roof restoration we completed at an aerospace manufacturing facility in Mobile (36615). Instead of tearing off the whole roof, we cleaned and prepped the aged surface, treated the seams and fasteners, sealed every vent and pipe penetration, applied a full base coat, and finished with a white reflective coating.

A roof coating can add years to a commercial roof with far less disruption to the business than a full replacement. Tap any photo to view it larger.

Roof Replacement – Daphne, AL

A full roof replacement on a Daphne home (36527) with two front dormers. We installed new roof decking, worked carefully around the dormers with new flashing, and finished with new dark gray architectural shingles.

Roof Replacement – Mobile, AL

A full roof replacement we completed in Mobile (36608). After tearing off the old roof down to the decking, we found rotted and damaged wood, so we cut it out and replaced it before going any further. Then we installed new underlayment and new architectural shingles, with new vents and flashing.

We photographed every step — tear-off, decking repairs, underlayment and the finished roof — so the homeowner could see exactly what was done. Tap any photo to view it larger.
