Commercial Roofing in Mobile & Baldwin County
Shops, offices, churches, warehouses and rental properties: ARC Roofing repairs, replaces and restores commercial roofs across Mobile and Baldwin County, and schedules work to keep your doors open.
Keeping Your Business Dry and Open
Short answer: the cheapest commercial roof is the one that is inspected and maintained before small problems become big leaks. We find issues early, fix them properly, and help you plan for replacement when the time comes.
Every building is different. We will inspect your roof, explain your options and give you a written estimate with a schedule that works around your business.
Storm Damage on Commercial Buildings
Gulf storms can peel back roof edges, damage flashing, dent metal panels and drive water into walls and ceilings. We document commercial storm damage for your insurance carrier, stop active leaks, and handle repairs, water damage and interior restoration.

Recent Project: Commercial Roof Coating in Mobile
A commercial roof restoration we completed at an aerospace manufacturing facility in Mobile (36615). Instead of tearing off the whole roof, we cleaned and prepped the aged surface, treated the seams and fasteners, sealed every vent and pipe penetration, applied a full base coat, and finished with a white reflective coating.
A roof coating can add years to a commercial roof with far less disruption to the business than a full replacement. Tap any photo to view it larger.
Past Project: Commercial Skylight Replacement (2007)
A large commercial skylight replacement at an industrial facility in Mobile (36615), completed in 2007. Our crew worked on this job as the roofing subcontractor. The building had long rows of aging skylights. Our crew removed the old panels, prepared the framing and openings, and installed new skylight panels with new flashing — run after run along the roof.
Skylight work on a commercial building takes careful planning and safe work at height. Tap any photo to view it larger.
Past Project: Concrete Roof Deck Coating
A commercial roof restoration we completed in 2011 on a building with a concrete roof deck. The old roof had failed and was holding water. Our crew tore off the old roofing down to the deck, applied a primer, then a base coat with reinforcing fabric embedded and overlapped across the entire roof, followed by two finish coats for a seamless white reflective surface.
A fluid-applied coating system is a strong fit for flat concrete decks: no seams to leak and a bright surface that reflects heat. Tap any photo to view it larger.
Past Project: Rusted Metal Roof Restoration
A commercial metal roof restoration we completed a while back. The roof had widespread surface rust, but the panels were still sound, so instead of a costly replacement we restored it. We treated every rusted area with a rust-inhibiting treatment and primer, replaced damaged panels and worn fasteners where needed, and sealed every seam, fastener and pipe penetration with a base coat and embedded reinforcing fabric. The fabric strengthens the seams against the expansion and contraction that causes leaks on metal roofs.
Two finish coats completed a white reflective cool roof that is dramatically cooler to the touch, backed by a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty. Tap any photo to view it larger.
