What To Do Before We Get There
- Stay safe. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911. Stay away from downed power lines.
- Stay off the roof. Wet, damaged roofs are slippery and can give way. Leave it to us.
- Take photos from the ground. Shingles in the yard, dents, missing pieces, ceiling stains and wet spots inside.
- Limit more damage. Put buckets under drips and move valuables away from leaks.
- Keep your receipts for tarps, hotel stays or any emergency repairs. Your policy may cover them.
